On Thursday, 12 November 2026, Platform Bio-Economie (PBE), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and Mission Innovation (MI) will jointly organise an Export Business Meeting at Wageningen University & Research.
The programme will begin with the Integrated Biorefineries Mission (IBM), part of Mission Innovation, presenting its 2026 Overview. This session will reflect on the mission’s key activities and results over the past year, with a particular focus on work related to bio-based polymers (PHA), start-up support and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). This will be followed by presentations and discussions focusing on activities and opportunities in the Polish market, which the partners aim to continue developing in 2027.
Experts will share insights into current market developments, biomass resources in Poland, opportunities for Dutch companies and potential collaboration with Polish partners. Industry representatives will also discuss practical experiences and the sector’s future development.
The meeting is relevant to companies and organisations active in the bioenergy sector that would like to learn more about international cooperation and business opportunities in Poland.
